Services

We provide AI-powered automation and backend systems, including but not limited to:

  • Automated phone call handling
  • Appointment confirmations and rescheduling
  • Client reactivation workflows
  • Backend automation, system configuration, and ongoing optimisation

Some services are delivered as professional services, and others are provided via ongoing subscriptions with usage-based components.

Billing & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).
  • Usage-based charges may apply, including but not limited to call minutes, system executions, or automation activity.
  • Usage is calculated in real time and billed accordingly.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Professional Services

Professional services (including setup, configuration, customisation, and backend work) are delivered based on agreed scope. Once professional services have commenced, they are considered rendered and are non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Results

We provide systems designed to improve operational efficiency and responsiveness. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, conversion rates, or performance results.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorised purposes.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse or misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Professional services (including setup, configuration, and backend work) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees may be refunded only in the event of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Service unavailability caused solely by our systems

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.
